Details that matter
A 300 × 300 mm cast-plaster panel, with concentric ripple rings, ripple diameter 270 mm cast into the face; it sits flush in the board and the flange is filled and painted into the ceiling, so no frame line shows.

Panel and cut-out
Cut the ceiling or soffit at 305 × 305 mm; the plaster flange laps the opening by about 5 mm all round and is filled and painted with the surrounding board.

Ripple pattern
Concentric rings are cast to 270 mm outer diameter on a 300 mm panel, so the ripple stops short of the edge and the border stays flat for filling.

Light and service
The panel takes the 75 mm module; the driver is remote and the light engine is reached from below without removing the panel.
