A 1000 × 1000 mm cast-plaster panel, with a recessed moon face cast into the face; it sits flush in the board and the flange is filled and painted into the ceiling, so no frame line shows.

Cut the ceiling or soffit at None × None mm; the plaster flange laps the opening by about 5 mm all round and is filled and painted with the surrounding board.
